Großes Apartment, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, schöner Meerblick

Großer Süßwasserpool mit Liegen; nette Bedienung an der Pool Bar und an der Rezeption; Saubere Zimmer; gut funktionierende Klimaanlage; zentrale Lage; Wlan mit gutem Empfang (Zimmer und Pool); Nähe Strand (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß) Entfernung zum Flughafen sehr kurz, ca. 18 € Taxikosten für die einfache Fahrt; Taxiboot vom Strand bis zum Hafen Ibiza Stadt (3 € pro Person), jedoch späteste Rückfahrt 21:30 Uhr; 2 kleine Supermärkte ca. 3 Minuten entfernt

Schmale Einzelbetten; Zimmer relativ hellhörig; Hotel liegt am Fuß der Altstadt von Ibiza; steiler und staubiger Weg (ca. 20 Minuten) bis Nähe Kathedrale; nur 2 schlecht empfangbare deutsche Fernsehprogramme;

Die Lage zu Ibiza Stadt ist gut , 15 min zu laufen Strand in 5 min Fußweg , Supermärkte und Restaurants etc in 3 Minuten :) Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr nett Mahlzeiten habe ich nicht gebucht

Der sogenannte Meerblick war ein Witz - ich blickte zum Innenhof, wo der nervige Springbrunnen von morgens bis 19 Uhr plätscherte und sah das Meer über das Dach des gegenüberliegenden Blockes hinweg Die Zimmer sind verdammt hellhörig, wenn jemand direkt nebenan ist

Das Tropical Garden liegt weiter nach hinten und ist separat daher ist es ruhig ! Desweiteren ist der Berg direkt dahinter auch von da kein Lärm möglich und immer schöne kühle Luft ! Super Ausgangspunkt zu Fuss nach Figuretas und in die Altstadt von Eivissa !

W-Lan sollte kostenlos sein bzw. fanden wir die Preise dafür zu teuer ! Mehr deutsche TV-Programme !

Neither the aircon or the tv were working and it is really noisy 24 hours of the day!

no wifi in the rooms,only in lobby, but still amazing budget for price..

It locates along the see. The man in the counter provided us useful information to go to inner city and go to the airport. And the room was big with balcon and a kitchen with most of the equipments.

Room condition is not matched with the stars

Very close to Figueretas and old town.

Too noisy - walls are very thin. You can hear everything from rooms around.

The pool was a good size, The hotel was clean The staff were friendly

The beds were uncomfortable The TV in the room was poor The cooking facilities in the room were poor. The WiFi was very expensive for the room.

- Apartments are slightly old, level of hygienic is moderate - External issue: when renting a car parking can give some problems due to overcrowded parking area. Solution is given by Tropical Garden by means of internal parking facility (Eur 10,--/day)

The hotel is clean, one steet over from beach. We will,definetly be back

I liked the pool which was above average size and with salt water. I also liked the fact that they had buffet for lunch and dinner which was only 10.30 euros. This is a fantastic price to eat something in Ibiza, and especially the whole range of food (salad, meat, fish, soup, desert, fruit). And it was all you can eat! Overall the hotel offered all the basics you needed. For the money you pay (if you book early), you cant go wrong...

When the room was cleaned, it was not done really well. The toilet paper must be really expensive because we had to ask a couple of times. One time i closed the toilet and even put the roll of the paper on the closed cap. The maid just moved it out of the way and that was that. The same with bath gels and soaps. I would have been more generous on the cleanliness of the hotel but one time there was a cockroach in the bath and another time i saw a huge rat running next to the pool and the door (even though the hotel is next to a hill and empty fields).

Clean rooms, working airco (without a key, so you can leave it on 24/7) & nice pool. Very good price/quality ratio (we paid € 63 per night for a 2 person room).

Most of the staff is quite unfriendly & the hotel is a little bit noisy.

Terrible experience. The room was overlooking the inside of the building, so it was not possible to open the window....in summer! There are more cars than parking in front of the hotel and the police regularly checks. Terrible. I do/did travel a lot and in any type of hotel or location, and this is terrible. Only good is friendly staff, but of course they cannot help with parking.

Staff was very helpful, in particular the Romanian girl at the reception, who seems to know all the languages in the world.

for 55 €/ night, I would expect breakfast to be included in the room cost. Otherwise you have to bring cash, because you can only pay at the bar, since it cannot be charged to your room account. This is particularly annoying when you get back at 8 am and being sent back to your room to retrieve money is annoying.
